DBbet Terms and Conditions

These general rules set the framework for your account, betting activity and use of the services offered to players in Bangladesh.

• DBbet is operated by Sport Tech N.V., a company registered in Curaçao (reg. no. 163475), under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/574/0913 issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Payments are processed by CLOUDFRONT LTD, Cyprus (HE 450393).
• You accept the terms when you create an account, place a bet or use any service.
• Read the terms regularly. The latest version applies to every event and market available to you.
• Services are offered for personal entertainment only. Commercial use is not allowed.
• Minimum age is 18 years. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Players from Bangladesh are responsible for checking the local rules that apply to them. Access may be blocked where betting is prohibited.
• You confirm you are registering in your own name and acting for yourself.
• One account per person, family, address, email, IP address, payment card or wallet.
• Registration details must be accurate and complete. Keep them updated.
• Identity, address and payment verification can be required before deposits, bets, bonuses or withdrawals.
• An account with no logins or bets for 3 months becomes inactive. No inactivity fee is charged.
• DBbet may change the terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. A new version is posted on the site and, where needed, announced by email or in-account message. Using the services after the effective date means accepting it.
• No automated scripts, scraping or misuse of odds or event data.
• No collusion, arbitrage based on obvious errors or multiple accounts.
• No offensive content, harassment or attempts to compromise security.
• All site materials, odds displays and data are protected. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them for personal betting.
• The terms are governed by the law of Curaçao, and disputes fall under the courts of Curaçao.

These rules apply to every bet placed from Bangladesh and govern acceptance, settlement and limits for betting markets.

• You must be 18 or older, have an active account and follow the rules that apply to you in Bangladesh.
• Bets must be placed in your own name and on your own behalf.
• A bet is accepted when a unique reference number appears in your bet slip and the status shows Accepted.
• Markets can be suspended or removed at any time. The operator may refuse, limit or partially accept any bet before confirmation.
• Odds can change before acceptance. The final odds are those shown at the time of acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes per market, event and account are shown in the bet slip or market rules.
• Payout caps may apply per bet, market, event or day. Limits are shown before you confirm.
• Winnings are paid within 30 days after the result of the last event on the bet slip is published.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, markets may be settled or voided according to the sport-specific rules.
• If no sport-specific rule applies, bets are void and stakes are returned.
• Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user. If a technical failure prevents confirmation, no bet exists.
• Bet slip sale (cash out), where available, is at the operator’s discretion and may be blocked during market suspension or rapid price changes.
• The operator may restrict bets linked to suspicious patterns, multiple accounts, bonus misuse or integrity risks.
• Bets with obvious odds errors, professional syndicate activity, match fixing or any threat to event integrity can lead to voided bets and account action.
• Complaints go first to support at [email protected] within 6 months of the incident. If the operator’s final answer does not settle the dispute, the player can refer it free of charge to ADR Curaçao.

• Before a first payout or when thresholds are reached, verification may require proof of identity, address and payment ownership. Documents are checked within 72 hours of receipt, and requested documents must be sent within one month.
• Source of funds or source of wealth evidence can be requested under the operator’s AML rules.
• Before a payout, deposited funds must be wagered at odds of at least 1.1. Otherwise the operator may refuse the withdrawal.
• Cash and cheques are not accepted. Bonuses do not apply to crypto accounts.
• Any platform fee is shown before you confirm a transaction. Third-party charges may also apply.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes can lead to balance adjustments, account review and reports to payment providers.
• You can ask to cancel a pending withdrawal if it has not yet entered processing. Deposits cannot be reversed once credited.
• DBbet monitors transactions for unusual activity and may place temporary holds to complete checks.
